Two ways to reach us
What happens after you reach out
- A conversation about the person. Who will use the tub or shower, how they move, and what part of bathing is hardest today.
- A conversation about the room. The size of the current tub space, the drain side, the doorways, and whether the bathroom is upstairs.
- Options. The specialist explains which tub or shower styles fit, which features make sense, and which parts of your home are likely to affect the quote.
- Installation or delivery. Where professional installation is available, the specialist explains how it is scheduled and who does the work. If you have your own licensed contractor, you can ask about delivery of the tub only.
- Your decision, in your time. Take the written information, talk it over with family, and call back when you are ready.
What to have ready
- The ZIP code where the tub will be installed
- Rough length and width of the current tub space (see our measuring guide)
- Whether the drain is on the left or right
- Photos of the tub area, the bathroom door, the water heater label and the electrical panel, if you can
- Any mobility aids the person uses
- Whether you plan to use a funding program, such as the VA HISA benefit, so the paperwork can be prepared first
Who you will be talking to
Walk In Tubs California is a guide and quote website for California households. Quotes, products and installation come from Aging Safely Baths & More, a company that has been helping families with walk-in tubs, walk-in and roll-in showers, and accessible bathroom conversions since 2012. The company serves all 50 states, with professional installation by factory-certified installers where available and delivery for your own contractor elsewhere.
We do not have showrooms or local offices in California cities. Consultations start by phone, and the details of your bathroom are gathered through measurements and photos.
Your information
When you send the form, your name, phone number, ZIP code and anything you write go to Aging Safely Baths & More so a specialist can contact you about your request. Your information is not sold. If you would rather not be contacted again, say so on the call and it will be noted.
Is this an emergency?
If someone has fallen and is hurt, cannot get up, or may have hit their head, call 911. For urgent concerns about an older adult's safety or possible abuse, contact your county's Adult Protective Services. Our team handles bathroom products and installation, not emergencies.
